NOTE:You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase with Paypal now, when you pay with Paypal checkout, you will be taken to Paypal's very secure pages to purchase with your credit card of choice.

SHIPPING:

We generally mail orders within 2 to 7 business days - depending on how busy we are - business days are considered Mon. through Fri. excluding holidays.

The exception to the above is if the 'product listing' says differently - some product lines have custom attributes/stone choices etc. and shipping time may vary - as stated in applicable listings.

NOTE: All International Shipments sent through the United States Postal (USPS) and documented by a USPS Receipt. This is our proof that your items were shipped. Please allow up to 30 days before reporting a package not received.*

*International orders may encounter additional fees to import into their country*

Customs, duties, collection and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned to us - not picked up by you due to your countries tax. We will credit for the item(s) (not including original shipping or any other fees we are charged for the return).

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item if possible or give store credit if preferred.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

We cannot give refunds on Custom/ Made to Order items. Each Custom/ Made to Order item is created just for you. Contact us if you are unsatisfied. We'll be happy to try and work things out for you.
